After decades of practicing as a California real estate agent, I can offer my clients personalized, detailed transaction management that comes from successful real estate experience. Originally a licensed real estate professional in California since 2005, I currently represent Northern California’s luxury property real estate professionals as a licensed transaction coordinator.
Today, real estate transactions require careful attention to detail, an abundance of patience, and practiced expertise. I assist buyers and sellers through the detailed process of property disclosures. The agents, title officers, escrow companies, and I work as a team to provide the client with the highest level of care. I tackle the deadlines and ensure everything complies as required by the state of California and the brokerage company.
