This project featured a completed home interior remodel, addition of a pool/spa and the creation of an incredible recreational barn with outdoor kitchen, guest quarters, sauna, fire pit area and pool gazebo. A custom extra large metal swing was created at the pool gazebo, vintage wood siding and custom barn doors gave this home a modern rustic feel inside and outdoors.
The remodel at this home included modernizing its large fireplace, a complete kitchen remodel, master bedroom configuration and a pool and backyard addition. The original tall ceilings, open floor plan and numerous windows and french doors throughout made this 2000 sqft home feel much larger than it is and was the inspiration behind this project. The unique tile choices and new bathroom layouts make this home very desirable and comfortable now. Fun outdoor improvements like a large gas fire-pit, tire swing overlooking the pool area and hammock area complement the whole property.
This project is currently under way. A 4500 sqft home with detached guest house, gym and studio are being built on 10 acres just 1 mile from Healdsburg.The project is slated to be completed in early 2024. Architectural design was completed by Zimmerman and Associates.

This downtown home was a complete “gut job”. Only the outside walls and bedroom floor-plan were left intact of this 1950’s home. It’s large lot and great location inspired McWilliams to re-create this home into a downtown gem. Eliminating all the interior walls of the original kitchen, living room and laundry room and adding a large deck made this home feel expansive, sunny and ideal for entertaining. The flow from the kitchen to the outdoors was the main objective in this remodel and the outside living featured an inviting custom concrete fire-pit and built in bench around it.
This is the project that started it all for Tatiana McWilliams and her husband Ben in Healdsburg! In 2011 while doing an open house Tatiana couldn’t help but notice the potential behind this small home which was sitting a 1/4 acre lot in Healdsburg. She noticed that by opening 2 walls they could achieve an open floor plan with french doors that would open up to the huge backyard behind it. The project was a success and quickly inspired the new owners to add a deck and pool. This property has always sold with multiple offers and has quadrupled in value since 2011 - 2021. (Unimproved sales price was $225,000 in 2011 and recently sold for $1,025,000 in 2021)
