Jaime Dooley’s journey to real estate is as deeply rooted in California’s Wine Country as the vineyards that define the region. Growing up in Cloverdale and Windsor, he spent his childhood surrounded by the rhythms of vineyard life, learning the value of hard work and the importance of community from his parents, who dedicated decades to vineyard management.
After earning a degree in History from the University of California, Davis, Jaime honed his skills in research, storytelling, and marketing. Over more than a decade, he built a career in the hospitality and consumer goods industries, learning how to connect people with products and experiences in meaningful ways. Today, he brings that same expertise to real estate, combining a practical mindset with a polished approach to help clients discover their ideal homes.
Jaime’s intimate knowledge of Wine Country—its neighborhoods, its culture, and its people—makes him a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers alike. Whether navigating a first-time purchase or marketing a unique property, Jaime’s focus is always on delivering a seamless, rewarding experience.
Outside of real estate, Jaime and his husband embrace the beauty of the region through cycling from Calistoga to Healdsburg, hiking the trails of Mt. St Helena, or enjoying a quiet glass of wine at Faust in St. Helena. As foster parents to two beautiful daughters, their lives are rich with purpose and love.
